The transaction, concluded at the end of May, involved SAFE Holding purchasing a majority stake from e-matica S.r.l.’s founding partners, who have retained a stake in the company and their respective operational roles within it.
With this transaction, SAFE Holding aims to support the company’s external and organic growth, leveraging its expertise and resources, with the objective of entering and developing new markets.
